5. Subscription & Payments

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be defined separately
Failure to pay may result in suspension of service

6. Service Availability

We strive to ensure high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and unexpected downtime may occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
