License: Single user – Single Location

Software as a service (SaaS) solution based on Transaction Processing Fee (TPF) – OPEX Model

 

Transaction processing fee (TPF) per sale invoice/return LKR. 2.00

Transaction processing fee (TPF) per back-office transaction LKR. 5.00

 

  • If the total of TPF is less than LKR. 5,000.00 per calendar month, then a minimum service charge of LKR. 5,000.00 will be charged.

  • Customers will be billed by the 1st week of the following month for the previous month and the payments should be settled within 7 days from the date of invoice.

  • Registration fees or any of the other fees are non-refundable.

  • Hosting included.

  • No media storage such as product images or document attachments is included.

No hosting is included. Optional cloud hosting could be arranged at an agreed price.

An optional annual maintenance fee of 20% of the license fee will cover additional support

All offers could be pre-programmed to the system where the cashiers and the customers will be automatically notified at the

checkout.

We will analyze your customer’s requirements, their buying patterns, favorites, etc for you just at a click of a button. myRewards® loyalty will greet your customers at the store, send them automated emails on their birthdays/ anniversaries, and even send target promotion mailers automatically so that you do direct marketing without any hassle.

System generated gift vouchers where you will be able to print, sell and redeem vouchers 100% through the system. myPOS – myVouchers® module validates gift voucher number, sold status, voucher expiry status, redeemed status and many more conditions at a single key press or a single scan
